The side effects are nothing compared to the outcome! I had dry lips and dry, dry skin but those are the only effects I had! Accutane is well worth it! It's been 5 years since I was on it and still to this day I have a maximum of 3 bumps on my face! and that's every once and while! It's great stuff, try it :-)
